CAPSULES

Take 3 capsules daily at a time with some water, either in the morning on an empty stomach (best at least half an hour before breakfast) or before going to bed. An aggravation of symptoms may occur, but this only indicates the effectiveness.

IMPORTANT: Keep capsules properly closed in the refrigerator.
